There website is horrible. it keeps popping me log in and log out, its irritating.

Then when trying to do something on my reservation it pops me out and then says there is a change going on you need to try back in 20 minutes. grrrrrrr

I cant just look for a cruise that has specific days I want or if I want a 5 days etc.

I would like to be able to see what ports of the cruise post without having to go into each post.

The pictures are pretty but the website usability is horrible.

Why did they ever buy this platform?

I think it gets to the stage when you're frightened to login in case something else has disappeared or isn't working.

 

Yes, and the memory lingers. I am so frustrated with Celebrity's website at this point and know that our friends in the UK are also tearing their hair out trying unsuccessfully to check-in, get luggage tags AND finding out that our NE/Canada itinerary keeps changing with no notice to them . Celebrity is a great cruise experience but if given a choice between Celebrity and Princess with similar itineraries, I will now always go with Princess.
