Any problem with Dora not responding to emails?

Recently emailed Dora and have not heard back.

 

Our cruise is not until the end of November. Could that be the case?

 

Anyone have problems also?

I resent. Actually I sent two more emails (she probably thinks I'm crazy). I have a new computer and I also didn't know if it was tourS or just tour.

 

Anyway, she responded, so we're good.
