Found this sign on the Silhouette on outside deck 5 near the theater,

 

any body knows more about this?

Crew area and way to the forward mooring deck and helipad.

That is a standard sign anytime you are leaving "guest" areas going into "crew" areas. There are probably dozens to hundreds of those signs on the ship, most behind closed doors so not as visible as this one. I've seen this exact sign on other S class ships in the same spot, it is more noticeable.

It's to stop crew from enticing passengers for "a tour of the engine room". :)

More to stop crew from having passengers visit their cabins than visit the engine room.
