Depends on many things.

 

I am guessing it is giving you the cabin free. So, if the cabin cost $xxx, they you will save $xxx. If you want to cruise, then a good deal. Did not see what level cabin you are getting.

 

If on the other hand, you cruise and spend twice that in the casino, then maybe not so good.

 

There are LOTS of folks that use those or similar type certificates and cruise.
