tink218, be sure to familiarize yourself with the perks, otherwise you may have something that you don't realize.

 

also, my last recommendation to you is to read up on the Allure in the forums.

Let me recommend a really good, very long, maybe a little outdated thread but makes for good reading.

 

Search for harryFat1 in the advanced threads and read his "cheapo dad report" about Allure; I think it is from December of 2013 but full of great pictures, good recommendations that still apply and very good commentary by the legend Harry.

Yes, Allure it is! I looked at that, but not quite understanding the perks, beyond the CK and concierge services. No matter, still excited. Jim is happpy and excited so all is good. I do appreciate all the input here and look forward to our first Oasis class cruise.

 

You'll still want to make reservations for comedy shows, but everything else has reserved seating for suite guests.

 

IF you choose to eat in the dining room and are doing My Time Dining, bypass the lines - there is a separate desk for suite/Pinnacle guests past the two main desks and they will seat you immediately.

 

Also suite lounge on Allure serves complementary select wine & beers from 11A - 11P and cocktails from 5:30-8 (I may be slightly off in the cocktail hours).

With your JS perks this info might not interest you but we also enjoyed breakfast at the Solarium Bistro. We didn't visit on our first Allure trip last August but this past May we enjoyed breakfast there several times. Fresh and large variety and very nice atmosphere.
