Free Wifi and Parking - Royal Caribbean

Hi all,

 

My wife and I booked our frist cruise a few days ago via Royal Caribbean and part of the deal was Free WiFi and free on site parking. The latter was sorted relatively quickly but there is no sign of any free wifi on our 'booking dashboard'. Is this normal or should we contact Royal Caribbean?

Is this something that your UK Travel Agent provided? or is this some promotion that you received directly from Royal.

DIrect from Royal Caribbean. They still have the promotion running now

I booked with the same deal and mine also does not show on my dashboard, I thought as I have it on my booking confirmation from the travel agent I would sort it once on board but would be interested to know if you find out anything different.

Hi, did you ever get this sorted? Didnt pay any attention to my booking paper work but we had the same deal and cant see it on my edocs or anything?
