Access Office

Is anybody else having problems with contacting the access office? I have sent them our Tour itineraries to make sure that they what tours we're doing and make sure that we have sign language interpreters for my partner? Yes I know my cruise is December 3 months away but it's kind of nice to know who they are and everything is in order.... Even my TA is not happy as well....

I contacted them this month and it took 5 days for a response.

Just curious, what is the access office? I've never heard of that before. However, I'm are someone more knowledgeable than me will be able to help. :D

Did you get the auto response after you sent the email? It says they will contact you within 10 business days. They don't provide a phone number in the email, but there is a fax number.

You should have received an immediate auto response saying this:

"Thank you for contacting the Access Office for PrincessCruises and Cunard Line. Ouroffice has received your email and it will be answered within 10 business daysand in the order it has been received. We recognize that our email replies accessoffice@cunard.com for somePrincess inquiries. Please know we are receiving your emailsappropriately. We look forward to assisting you.

The email address above is correct, but it you sent it to princess instead of cunard, you have to use this email address: accessofficeprincess@princesscruises.com

Hope this helps. They've been very responsive to me so my guess is something went wrong with your original email. Also it isn't too early to start your request since they need plenty of lead time.

Yep that's the one I got.

I'm out of ideas. :( Can't imagine what the problem is other than I know they are back-logged. Guess the only thing you can do is to try calling them through customer relations and/or sending a fax. Good luck.

If you didn't get the bounce back your original email probably did not make it through. I would resend it on the first if you have not heard from them by then as that would be the 10 business days.

Update:

They did get my request but they got 1 excursion covered but not the other. So still waiting. TA and I both contacted them to put some pressure on them.

 

They said it is odd that I did not get the bounce back.

 

They said should have everything organized soon.
