Upgrading to Suite

I have looked and can't find an answer to my question. If it has been asked so sorry for a duplicate question.

 

I have to make final payment by the 6th but I want to upgrade from an ocean view to a grand suite. Do I need to go through my PVP? I have emailed and sent a message but haven't heard back and right now it is a pretty good price that I don't want to miss. Does anyone know?

If you booked through a Travel Agency, Carnival wont talk to you. Your Travel Agent must make the change

Thank you shaded lady. It is on the Imagination and only a 4 day. I wanted to upgrade to a Jr suite but surprisingly this one wasn't much more.
