When approaching the Pan Pacific Hotel/Canada Place from the street we either enter through the hotel and take the elevator down or we walk to the right of of the hotel at street level and follow the ramp down into the lower terminal area past the coach parking and you will see the porters there. It's very easy.

There are people there who will direct you to the right place to go if you ask. It can be very confusing but with a little patience you will board the ship eventually. Have comfortable shoes on as it involves some walking. Enjoy your cruise.
