Are there any outside bars on Navigator, if not where is the best lively bar. Also, would a Bellini be available under the drinks package.

There is 1 or 2 pool bars, and you can get a Bellini with package , pool bar should have frozen Bellini's

Pool Bar and Mast Bar are outside. Bellini's are covered by the Deluxe Drink Package.
