nsgdm1 Posted September 18, 2017 #1 Share Posted September 18, 2017 hi we are booked on a ship relocation cruise on the Thomson Celebration next march starting in Dominican republic and ending in Malaga. Has anyone been on one of these cruises before, mainly wondering about sea conditions whilst crossing the Atlantic
Vitalsign Posted September 18, 2017 #2 Share Posted September 18, 2017 Have done the Thomson transatlantic crossing in April 3 times and are also doing it again on Celebration next year Have only had one bad weather day on one cruise and that was in the Azores in one port only. A morning of rain in Bermuda on one cruise. Had a few rain showers this April but have had no violent sea conditions on any of the cruises. We always have a cabin midships both vertically and horizontally, which is the most stable area. It's a great cruise and the entertainment is fabulous. The whole crew are excited about getting back to the Med and there's a great atmosphere.
