I send my shareholder's benefit request snail mail. If the mail was even delivered the day Irma struck Florida, that's the day it would have arrived to Carnival HQ.

 

Today, a Sunday, I got my email notification for the benefit. They must really be putting in some extra shifts as they wade through all the turmoil and do the catch-up. I'm pretty impressed.
