Mim Lloyd Posted September 25, 2017 #1 Share Posted September 25, 2017 Hi I've just got off a 2 week b2b cruise on the Adventure of the Seas and was affected by both hurricane Irma and hurricane Maria. We docked a day late in Fort Lauderdale rather than in San Juan so missed our flights home back to the UK. The captain and Guest Services said that RCCI are willing to recompense for flight change charges due to docking late and to contact Customer Services when we finally got home. Well, we're finally home and I'm wondering if anyone has a number for me to call. I remember trying to contact them last year and was passed from pillar to post. Rare MicCanberra Posted September 26, 2017 #2 Share Posted September 26, 2017 Welcome back home after your cruise adventure. Did RCI give you a letter for the changes and such, if so there should be a contact number, alternatively I would suggest ringing the international number and follow the prompts. Unfortunately, they may have you going from area to area before you can have it sorted.
Mim Lloyd Posted September 26, 2017 Author #3 Share Posted September 26, 2017 Thanks. Finally found a UK number which automatically rerouted to RCCI Customer Services.
