disneygirl10 Posted September 27, 2017 #1 Share Posted September 27, 2017 We're on the Getaway Western Caribbean. I had 3 shows booked and 4 specialty dining restaurants. Started to feel over scheduled so cancelled all dining and one show. My question is, Norwegian's website says they have daily 'family activities', such as Circus School etc. How do I know the times for these activities? I'd like to make sure that I plan dinners and Cirque Dreams and Steam around it. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
negn Posted September 27, 2017 #2 Share Posted September 27, 2017 Those activities usually don’t get nterrupt dinner time. Most often afternoon and a few were 5 o’clock. Splash Academy dod have the pirate show on early eve as was the kids glow party. Recommend splash academy if you have children. garycarla Posted September 28, 2017 #3 Share Posted September 28, 2017 I do not have any answers. But - I am thinking of your and wish you good luck in trying to plan family events. Sorry. (guessing an extended family - if there are only 3-4, you will be fine even if you wing it)

Everyone and their mother takes the specialty dining offer and it can be tough to get reservations, especially if your not in the first few boarding groups and/or have more than 2 in your party. A fun fact from NCL, they are under no obligation to refund that offer's value if you can't get reservations. Welcome to the "freestyle" life. mkmaj Posted September 28, 2017 #5 Share Posted September 28, 2017 I would keep your reservations and cancel on board if your plans change. The family activities on Breakaway didn't interfere with dinner. You can always find something going on!
