What is the least expensive way to get from MIA to Port Everglades. Flight schedule much better out of MIA For my return trip.

We like using Uber in South Florida. From MIA to Port Everglades it will cost you about $40 plus or minus $5 (depending on time of day/surge pricing). Keep in mind this would be a private car from the airport to your ship and the car comes when you summon. Some Shuttle services might be a few dollars less, but you will likely have to wait around the airport until they fill their van/mini bus....and you might have several other stops (within the port) before it gets to your ship.
