What is Darwin's Restaurant?

I was playing around on our reservation for Reflection in December and looking at specialty restaurants. Darwins Restaurant showed up. We have been on Reflection before and never heard of it. Is it something new? Or Celebrity's web site hard at not working? Thanks

I noticed that too. Darwin's is on the ships that go to the Galapagos, not on Reflection.
