Overnight in Barbados

We are experiencing something new on this cruise, an overnight in Barbados. Looking for suggestions for nice sunset cocktail place and other things to do at night. Any nice restaurants, especially on the beach? Can you safely walk around Barbados at night?

We booked a sunset catamaran cruise with Calabaza for our Barbados overnight, but are also looking for suggestions after that. It'll be nice to get back to the ship, shower, change, and head out for the evening! Interested to hear from others where to go and what they've done with their nights.
