LaQuina Miami East Damaged?

We have four rooms reserved for the night before our November cruise. I have heard that this hotel sustained damage during the hurricane, but the hotel claims our reservation is still good. Has anyone stayed there recently that knows how much damage there was? Would you stay there or find a different hotel?

Call and ask them. We have done exactly that for the hotel we are staying in next month, and many others have done the same here on Cruise Critic. Get the info from the horse's mouth.

I would also check out Cruise Critic's sister site Trip Advisor to see if there are recent reviews.

Thank you CruiserBruce. I did call them and they stated that some reservations were cancelled and some were not. Ours were not, but I kinda wanted a recent guests perspective of how bad the property is after the hurricane and if they would suggest staying somewhere else or not.
