Rare Jamman54 Posted November 21, 2017 Author #528 Share Posted November 21, 2017 Day # 10 - Cozumel ( 9am to 6pm ) - 10/16/17. We were up at 7am to another beautiful day with calm seas. Here are today’s Fun Times….. The Carnival Magic is docked at Puerta Maya at 8:45am. We decided to skip breakfast this morning, so we left the ship round 9:30. We are back in Cozumel again….. The Carnival Triumph is docked over at the other pier……. There was no line at all for taxi’s this morning, so 15 minutes and $17 later, our taxi was pulling up to Nachi Cocom…… To be continued……
Rare Jamman54 Posted November 21, 2017 Author #529 Share Posted November 21, 2017 We have arrived at Nachi Cocom……. Here I am checking in. The cost is $55 per person……. Once you check in you are free to choose your own location. Here is our palapa and loungers……. Jose will be our server for the day, and he immediately sets me up with my first beer of the day……. This is part of the beach at Nachi Cocom….. Our location is very close to the beach bar….. To be continued……

Soon we were getting hungry for lunch. You could go to the dining area to eat, or your server will be happy to bring it to you, which is what we chose to do. Here are the Nachi Cocom menus. Rare Jamman54 Posted November 21, 2017 Author #533 Share Posted November 21, 2017 My CC friend and I enjoying beers in the ocean and the pool….. The sign says adults only but it was never enforced….. I believe that this is a Coati. There are quite a few different kinds, so I don’t know which this was….. We left at 3:30. Your server will call a taxi for you. We had a great time here, but mainly because we were hanging out with friends. Patti and I both agree that we prefer Mr. Sancho’s, so the decision has been made for our April cruise! To bec ontinued…..

Rare Jamman54 Posted November 23, 2017 Author #545 Share Posted November 23, 2017 How come u prefer Mr Sanchos vs Nachi Cocom ? Sent from my iPhone using Forums We enjoyed our day at Nachi Cocom, but we feel that the facilities, menu, and service was better at Mr. Sancho's. Yes there will be more people at Mr. Sancho's, but it is much larger than Nachi Cocom.
Hogladyrider Posted November 23, 2017 #546 Share Posted November 23, 2017 Not sure if this still applies, but in the past Nachi used to limit admission to 100 adults per day, no children allowed. We have not been to Nachi, we have done Mr. Sancho's and Paradise Beach, both great facilities but different all the same. Susan

Susan There were quite a few children there, and they liked the hot tub, thus my comment about the no children in hot tub sign. There is a small playground for children there. Thank you both for all your time and effort putting this review together!
