kontraxed Posted November 2, 2017 Author #6 Share Posted November 2, 2017 Well, per the excellent advice above, I did call Royal Caribbean and, lo and behold, it is a Royal Caribbean glitch (their term) that they are working on now and they're not sure when it will be fixed. RCCL is also having an issue with some customers not being able to get into the "My Cruises" section of the website. So, I guess, it's not a "me" glitch after all.
