sle Posted November 7, 2017 #1 Share Posted November 7, 2017 We can't remember if it is permitted to take a bottle of wine on board to be used in the cabin, anyone know the answer?
CruiserBruce Posted November 7, 2017 #2 Share Posted November 7, 2017 A quick look around the board would find the answer is one bottle per person, no corkage.

Steelers36 Posted November 7, 2017 #4 Share Posted November 7, 2017 We can't remember if it is permitted to take a bottle of wine on board to be used in the cabin, anyone know the answer? Also a look into Princess' policy will give you the details. BTW, That one "free" bottle doesn't HAVE to be fully consumed in the cabin. If you do, there is no fee applicable. Also, once it is open and partly consumed, if you take it to dinner, or elsewhere on board, to have some, there shouldn't be a corkage fee either. And, FYI, since you weren't aware of the basic question posed, you can take as many bottles on board as you can carry and fit in the cabin. But every bottle over 1 per person (you and your cabin-mate each get one free bottle) will be assessed a $15 corkage fee at the check-in terminal. A sticker on those bottles will indicate corkage paid and no further fees if taken to DR, etc. Just make sure you don't take more than you will consume because you won't get a refund on the corkage for bottles left over.
