Tickets

Can somebody please help and advise on how you get your tickets? I have checked in and provided all information online and pressed the get tickets button but nothing else popped up, I have not received an email and there has been nothing in the post for over a week. Should I be worried? I am in the UK. Finding the MSc website quite difficult to use. Thanks in advance.

You don't state what your embarkation date is. Usually tickets are issued 3 weeks out from MSC UK (if booked direct) or 2 weeks from a TA.

Can't answer for UK bookings, but in US tickets are not available until about 20 days before sailing. My tickets for our November 18 cruise were issued in late October.

Ok that might explain it as I don’t sail for about 40 days. I’m just so used to other cruise websites and being able to print my own tickets as soon as I have checked in. My first time with MSc so getting used to their way of doing things. Thanks for your replies.
