lovethoseships Posted December 13, 2005 #1 Share Posted December 13, 2005 Need your help. A Friend has macular degeneration, but likes TV, but has to have the TV at eye level. She is considering a cruise on the Amsterdam, but the videos all show the TV up high in the room. Has anyone sailed in any cabin on the Amsterdam that has a low TV? Or does anyone have experience with the crew moving a TV...they did when she was on Crystal! Thanks, Karen

sail7seas Posted December 14, 2005 #3 Share Posted December 14, 2005 The television in the "S" Suites is placed at bureau top height.....waist high.
bobpatj Posted December 14, 2005 #4 Share Posted December 14, 2005 In our "D" cabin, the new flat screen TV was on a corner stand, above the desk, mounted against the wall where the last closet is. It was not at eye level. There was a DVD player mounted under the TV.
