I gained a pound this week. I guess eating out three times this week due to all the parties had something to do with it. :eek: Oh well....it is to be expected.

Down three pounds....of course I'm still a bit up from my low so far:rolleyes: . But withe the cruise finally booked, I think I'm ready to go!

Down 1.5 lbs., big difference from last week but I'll take it, finishing up 2nd week of South Beach Diet. As I sit here writing this my boss brought in a big tray of cookies and chocolate covered pretzels. Haven't touched one and hoping they get gobbled up real fast. Really not having any cravings so I hope it continues.

Down a pound this week. I have 2 Christmas parties this weekend so I need to stay focused!!! Congrats to all that lost and a big "YOU CAN DO IT" to those that need the encouragement.

Christmas Season is kicking in... holding at 199 - even with going to gym. Oh well - goal is to at least maintain until the New Year and then kick into high again!

WOW!! Everyone is doing so well!!! I know how hard it is this time of year to lose and maintain. Keep up the good work!! I just hope I can claim a loss or an "even" next week.

I started dieting one month ago. Down 12 3/4 lbs and 17 3/4 inches.

 

Only one month to go before my cruise so it'll be a lean Christmas dinner this year.

I was bad, very bad, but had an awesome cruise.

Infinity is a marvelous ship and the food was too

much of a temptation. I did go to the gym a couple

of times and probably logged at least 5 miles a day

just walking around the ship.

 

I'm still down 75 pounds since August 1, 2005, so

considering everything I could be a lot worse off.

 

I'm in serious PCDS after my cruise, for you newbies,

that's Post Cruise Depression Syndrome.

 

I'll keep checking in, but am not ready to get back on the

program quite yet.

 

Everyone keep on losing and I'll be back on track soon.
