Our thanks to Silversea for helping us sort out a mistake we made applying our free week to an upcoming reservation. Although it was clearly in our favor financially, they made the change without hesitation!

 

There are many times when people post about problems with Silversea. I thought it would be nice to let people know when they do something really well.

Yes, Silversea is a great company. We are in the same boat with you. We had a little problem and they stepped up to make it right, by even going overboard. Even the Butlers were scratching their heads, saying "they have never seen this level of service before"
