We thought if we bought the best internet package we could live stream our security camera. Anyone with luck with this.? I realize no Netflix or FaceTime.

To get live streaming you mostly likely have to go with the top internet plan

And then I really do not know how well it will work. Going through the satellite the internet is slow at best

Our daughter got the Premium Package in Oct so she could use Skype Business to video chat for work. She said the connection was really bad and she eventually gave up on it. She said it was patchy and froze a lot.

You can try but I wouldn’t count on it. I get the premium plan and never have good luck streaming video. Sometimes I’ll get a few seconds then it freezes up and you only get audio. Most of the time it won’t load at all.

No, service is patchy and slow. Suggest you find a friend or family member to monitor your security camera.

Might be cheaper and more secure to just hire a security company.
