Does Royal Caribbean cruise lines now have certified vacation planners?

i recently received an email from RCCL stating I now have a vacation planner, I’ve been booking with them for years and they repeatedly told me they don’t assign a rep. So, is this something new? I spoke with a sales agent yesterday and he said I can’t call him back to book, just wondering if anyone else got an email, thanks in advance

Not new, they have had CVPs for years.
