We went back on Oct 2014. Loved it. It is only booked through your ship. It is an island owned by AnthonyKeysResort. I have some photos:

beach area.... lots of chairs and shade

pool area, lots of tables and seats, this is where you eat the buffet that is part of the package

snorkel area is accessed by walking out a pier, ladder at end for easy entry and exit

the tiny museum and replica ruins are okay

animals in cages...very cool. Biggest cats we have ever seen. Jaguars, etc. Lots of other animals, too.

 

It was drizzling rain all day we were there, so it would have been better if weather was better....but we loved it and would go again.
