Question about shots (the alcoholic kind)

Hi all! Hubby and I just purchased the Refreshment Package for our cruise in April! Hubby is a drinker, and I am not, since I am currently breastfeeding and will still be doing so on the cruise. So that's why we bought the non-alcoholic package.

 

Can my hubby buy a virgin cocktail at the bar with the refreshment package and just buy a shot of rum or whatever on the side to spike it up?

 

If he can, what should we expect cost-wise for that?

Figure around $8 or $9 plus 18% for the shot.

You can purchase the alcohol package for just one in this case. You just have to call to purchase it.

Word is that if you call Royal Caribbean and explain that one person in the cabin doesn't drink alcohol, and buy the refreshment package, the other person can buy a Drink Package. If that is something you are interested in, give them a call.
