dis2cruise Posted January 19, 2018 #1 Share Posted January 19, 2018 hi we were on the Equinox this past June going again in April when we were on the ship in June, my husband went for a whisky tasting and there was a man explaining all about the different types and what part of the world where they came from and how they were barreled, etc. The tasting was free and was on the top deck of the ship in this tiny room. Do they still do this?!
Rare Cruise Raider Posted January 19, 2018 #2 Share Posted January 19, 2018 hi we were on the Equinox this past June going again in April when we were on the ship in June, my husband went for a whisky tasting and there was a man explaining all about the different types and what part of the world where they came from and how they were barreled, etc. The tasting was free and was on the top deck of the ship in this tiny room. Do they still do this?! They had it onboard a couple of months ago when we were onboard. Not sure if there was a charge or not as we didn't go in. jakoblovesships Posted January 21, 2018 #3 Share Posted January 21, 2018 We were on the December 16th Equinox sailing. They had some tastings that had a fee, and what seemed to be some free sample sales pitches. I believe they were for Macallan and Jameson Whiskey.
