Sigtuna or not Sigtuna

Has anybody been on a Sigtuna excursion whilst stopping in Stockholm?

We are wandering whether to take the "Stockholm Highlights Tour" or spend less time actually looking around Stockholm and do the "Historic Stockholm and Sigtuna" tour.

(Both include visiting the Vasa).

Basically, is it worth sacrificing time in Stockholm to visit Sigtuna?
