Princess is supposed to send an e-mail. If your booking is with Princess, it should come to you. Sometimes it may get treated as spam and you need to check spam files. If your booking is with a travel agent, the notification should go to the TA who is supposed to send it on to you. That may take more time with the extra step. And, of course, the possibility of the spam folder always exists. That said, many if not most people find out by checking the personalizer even if an E-mail is eventually received. I was doing a B2B2B (5-4-5 days), so it was even more complicated than usual. I always try to get an aft balcony, but there was no single aft balcony that was available for all three legs of my trip, so I went GTY. I received the first room assignment the day before the cruise. I received the second room on day #4 of the first segment, and I received the third room on day #3 of the second segment.
