Deck 5 O1 Family Oceanview with Large Picture Window on Bliss

Cruising with 2 small kids and love the idea of bigger room with bigger bathroom, close to the kids club on deck 5.

I am concerned about noise from on deck 6 guest services seem to be above and not sure what is on deck 4

 

any advice?

I don't know for sure, but I've never heard being under guest services creates a noise problem for staterooms.

I'm in those cabins. I picked one further away from the kids clubs and under guest services. However, I picked the cabin that's under where the staff is. I figure there will be less noise under the staff areas than the guest areas. I don't think there will be a ton of noise in the guest services area in general, as most people are just waiting in line and there's not a lot of traffic there at night. However, people in line might have kids impatiently waiting so I figure it's best to be under the staff who are less likely to have a stomping fit. I figure I'm better off taking a chance being under the guest services area than to share a wall with the kids club area or even a hallway to the kids clubs.

Stomping feet may not be your issue. Guest Services is all part of the Atrium which has entertainment all day and all night. Midnight movies are common on all breakaway-class ships. If your room is totally under the office area, you may be o.k.
