Cuba cruises 2019

Will they ever add any cruises to Cuba in 2019. Several other lines have them but I wanted NCL,

Might be waiting to see if cruise travel to Cuba via cruise ship might be banned again in the near future.

It would not surprise me one bit if the travel restrictions are re-implemented. NCL is taking a wait-and-see approach, which is just a sound business practice, rather than to accept bookings now and have to unwind it all later.

Has anyone who has sailed on the Norwegian Sky after August 2017 arranged their own tour on land? Are we allowed to? Several of the proprietors that I have e-mailed have assured me that Americans can use their services, but I want to make sure I don't get in trouble with the US government for some unsanctioned excursion/activity/etc....
