Nothing near that pier, except for inside the cruise terminal itself, there is a duty free store with a small selection of wine.

Yes, there is one inside the building. I didn't really find anything I liked there, it was fairly small compared to most liquor stores.

We actually stopped at a Pueblo Supermarket near the airport, on the way to the ship.
