12696 is a connecting cabin, with a sofabed by the balcony.

 

I just saw your other post and there is no way a blow up mattress will fit on the floor if you have the sofabed open, there just isn't enough floor space.

 

If you search this forum for Quantum class sofabeds, they are larger than the older ships, so you could try to put some kind of a rolled up blanket or something to separate the boy/girl.

 

The triangle on the deckplans means a sofabed. I know you said you thought you had a pullman, but you need to refer to the legend on the deckplans for bed configuration.
