Later Flight Out of EWR--How to Spend the Day with Luggage?

My friends and I will return to Cape Liberty on a Sunday Morning. Lowest cost flight out of EWR is at 4:40 p.m. What is recommended for how we spend our time before the flight, with large luggage in hand?

You could always do the ships excursion of a bus tour round NYC. We did it in September and you got to see most of the main sights. Only one stop for about 30-45 mins at WTC memorial. Got us to EWR at 2pm. I think it was $95pp, but I could be wrong! At least you haven't got to worry about luggage!
