are there whales in November?

We are going to book Volendam for next year. Available cruises are November 3 or November 13. Are whales around at that time of the year? Does it make a difference which date we pick?

I was there in early December last year and saw whales. And I may be on the Vol 13th with you, depending on work schedules. I mainly enjoyed the cat sail the most. Very relaxing.

I've been whale watching here in Dominica several times and have always been lucky. The height of the 'season' is November to March, so you should be fine!

Did you do the ship's tour or a private one?

 

I would love to see the whales from a cat.

I did the ships tour. We saw dolphins, whales and went snorkling at the Champagne vents. Had a great time!
