Windjammer is open on embarkation day. You might also find some snacks in the solarium. You can take the food wherever you like.

Bob, is there a Park Cafe on Jewel?

No, they never finished converting the Solarium food venue into a real Park Cafe. You can blame the Empress kitchen fiasco for that. They do have snacks there and late night pizza, but I miss the various breakfast offerings and the made to order salads at lunch.

Does anyone know if Chops would be open for lunch for suite guests?

 

 

Chops was not open for anyone on embarkation day on the Jewel in October. In fact, we had been able to pre-book on line through the cruise planner for lunch on embarkation day. When we arrived at Chops for our reservation, we were told they are not open on embarkation day. Sad, but our money was credited and we went to Windjammer, which was excellent on the Jewel. Have a great cruise!

(We were also suite guests and that was not an option for us for lunch on embarkation day either!)

I don't believe there is any special lunch on Jewel for suite guests.
