Clarification on Voom for 2

Just want to make sure I have this correct. My friend and I want the voom package..On the cruise planner there is the 2 device plan for 25.68 or something similar..Do we buy just ONE 2 device plan? There is that part where you have to check off the guest who is purchasing it, but when you check off both obviously you get charged twice..just want to make sure I understand it..

 

Similar to the Labadee clam shells..I purchased 1 rental that covers BOTH people.
