Luggage Valet for FLL?

Does Royal offer Luggage Valet service for FLL? Do they offer for flights outside of the US? Its been a long long time since we have flown out of Canada as opposed to using an airline across the boarder. Not sure if we will have to tote our luggage or not and trying to plan ahead.
