leen50 Posted February 15, 2018 #2 Share Posted February 15, 2018 Has anyone stayed in one of these? If so how are they? We stayed in #4189 on Miracle. I assume you mean the French door 4J's. Really enjoyed it. "Angled" view between lifeboats. Great location.

Great location. It's 4k that has the french doors and they are a great deal and allow for light and fresh air. Don't miss out, OP.
vizman274 Posted February 15, 2018 #4 Share Posted February 15, 2018 We stayed in 4132, obstructed but French doors were in between the life boats. Would definitely book again and save some money.

can't hardly wait Posted February 16, 2018 #8 Share Posted February 16, 2018 I stayed in cabin 4114 on Carnival Miracle. Loved it. And it was about the same prices as an interior cabin.

luvcruises1105 Posted February 18, 2018 #12 Share Posted February 18, 2018 Here’s a picture of 4132. We stayed in it during the repo. We are also staying in 4132 in November this year! I love it!!! Thanks for sharing photo of it, not a bad view for interior price!!
TomAceEsq Posted February 18, 2018 #13 Share Posted February 18, 2018 They could easily charge a little more for the four to six rooms like this. The view of the wall right next to us in the Panama Canal was such a cool sight. Haha

Actually, there are 24 - 4K cabins on Main Deck that are situated between lifeboats. We have stayed in 6 so far.

sanmarcosman Posted February 18, 2018 #16 Share Posted February 18, 2018 I count 12 on the deck plan, but either way I stand corrected. There are 4K cabins on both sides of the ship at the aft as well. For each white space on this plan count 2 cabins as each shares a view between lifeboats. 4194 and 4196 port and 4195, 4197, 4203, 4205 starboard are all between lifeboats. So I'm wrong, there are 26 cabins. Oops. https://www.cruisedeckplans.com/DP/deckplans/dragdeck.php?ship=Carnival-Miracle

sanmarcosman Posted February 18, 2018 #18 Share Posted February 18, 2018 Feels good to be right, huh? Nope, not the point all. Sharing information to help others is the point. Many people may not know that two cabins share a view between lifeboats when looking at the deck plans.
lcpagejr Posted February 18, 2018 #19 Share Posted February 18, 2018 Booked one of these cabins, for our children, when we sailed on the Miracle years ago.... Amazing cabin for the price

Many people may not know that two cabins share a view between lifeboats when looking at the deck plans. Because they don’t. I visited our neighbors in 4130 and it had not even close to the same view as 4132 or any of the other ones that are truly in between lifeboats. We might have to agree to disagree on this one. I did just spend 14 days on her, but you’re definitely right.
