Go to the casino slot machines and put your room card in, load an amount and then cash out. Go collect the cash and you’ve avoided the ATM fee. I haven’t tried this yet but read it on Pinterest.

This works. We do it whenever we have leftover OBC.

you can cash out and collect without a few. It's as if you had won money. They don't charge on your winnings!

They charge your stateroom account the 3% fee..... if you charge $100 on the machine then you will get the full $100 but if you look at your stateroom account, you are charged $103. You don't cash out $97....

 

Just like the ATM: you withdraw $100 but you are charged $105.99 to your checking account. You don't get $94.01 dispensed.
