denatravels Posted February 16, 2018 #1 Share Posted February 16, 2018 Ugh! Forgot to go to the bank and I’m in pjs and going straight to ship in the morning. Can I charge to my room on the breakaway and get cash without paying a fee? Was able to do this on Holland America. courtstenoklf Posted February 16, 2018 #6 Share Posted February 16, 2018 Go to the casino slot machines and put your room card in, load an amount and then cash out. Go collect the cash and you’ve avoided the ATM fee. I haven’t tried this yet but read it on Pinterest.

Coastalbreezes Posted February 16, 2018 #8 Share Posted February 16, 2018 If you are a Ruby or Elite level player the 3% fee is waived. Your hosts will remove it from your bill at the end of the cruise. Tracy

They charge your stateroom account the 3% fee..... if you charge $100 on the machine then you will get the full $100 but if you look at your stateroom account, you are charged $103. You don't cash out $97.... Just like the ATM: you withdraw $100 but you are charged $105.99 to your checking account. You don't get $94.01 dispensed.
