Is there anything that the Diamond desk can do for you that my PVP can’t .

The Diamond desk has worked wonders for me in the past. Some of the Diamond reps are more experienced than others. So like all calls to Carnival if at first, you don't succeed try a second call.

We have a great PVP who can handle our booking needs well. Price drops and linking bookings are quickly handled by email, text or call. She even gave us her personal phone number. But, for complicated issues, we call Diamond Desk. Sometimes our PVP uses them, as well, to help us.

Most of those working DD are very good. There are, however, a few, we quickly learn by name, that are not so competent. Sometimes, we just call back later...:D

A fine resource, still. They are very friendly and do get to know you.
