I emailed special needs 2 weeks prior re my CPAP. When I went to my room, nothing was there. I made a request with my stateroom attendant and he got the extension cord and the distilled water (a gallon) and it arrived around 8:00 pm. I also needed a small sharps container (which I had also email requested) for my husbands small needles he uses with his Tresiba insulin pen. He got that for us too. I ended up sleeping by the balcony, and tucked the extension cord under the bed to avoid tripping over it. It all worked great.
