Upgrading cabin after purchases

I purchased WiFi and bottled water, then decided today to upgrade my cabin. On my cruise manager, it no longer shows my purchases. Carnival says the purchases will transfer, but I am not so sure.... has anyone else ever had this happen? Does it ever show back up on cruise manager? Did u have any issues?

It will transfer...Everything is tagged by booking #. Give it a day or 2 for everything to move over. Worst case...Just take a copy of your purchase receipt to Guest services if water is not in your cabin and to check on wifi
