Elation - No Fridge for medication

We are heading out on the Elation in a few weeks, and my son is currently on some medication that needs to stay refridgerated. With no fridges in the room (we're in an interior :loudcry: ) are there any suggestions for how we can keep it at the correct temp?

Contact the Special Needs Department and let them know about the medication and the need for it to be kept cool. Sometimes they can provide a portable mini-fridge for the cabin. If that's not available, the medication can be kept either in the medical center or at Guest Services. They handle these issues all the time and there is a solution.

I'm pretty sure w the new renos from dry dock every room now has a mini fridge in the cabinet in the desk.

All cabins on the Elation now have a mini fridge. :cool:

The mini fridges are not usually cold enough for medication. They are only meant to keep drinks cool. It should be stored at Guest Services or the medical fridge.

Even if there is a fridge you really should contact carnival and request medical services to keep medications refrigerated. Medications require very specific temperatures. Not minifridge temps.
