How do they meet you at the port and do they provide any drinks, water or pop, on their tours?

It looks like some of the tours list refreshments and others do not.

They seem all kinds of happy to answer any questions you may have, perhaps shoot them an email for details.

among the recent reviews are this -> Herbert & the driver for our group were waiting just over the hill outside of the terminal as promised. It’s a short walk, but so worth the extra effort to support the small local companies in Roatan.

and This -> As soon as we left the port, the owner was standing holding a sign for us. Within 3-5 minutes we were on the road and on our adventure.

Thanks. I have e-mailed twice asking about transportation and have no answer yet. "Over the hill" makes me wonder which port. I really don't recall any hills near Coxen Hole.

Over the hill is Mahogany Bay.

 

The tour operators pick up at both ports.
