Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I have encountered the same problem a few times in the past. When I switched to the credit card that I had used to book my cruise, I had no problem. This might be the problem for you. Note: DO NOT assume the order is complete unless your CC shows the transaction pending AND, you get either an "Amenities Invoice" and/or a new Confirmation Invoice.
