The ship arrives in the morning, so I assume it's normal boarding. You are allowed to leave the ship after you check in to go on a tour or anything you like. When you re board you do not wait on any lines, you go in the crew line.

The Fascination has a very lengthy stop in San Juan. It arrives dockside at 7am and leaves at 10pm. Boarding usually starts at noon with a final on-board time of 8:30pm. Muster is at 9pm and since its done in English and Spanish, it usually takes nearly an hour. At least it's mostly indoors and you're usually seated. And yes, you are allowed to board and leave the ship as many times as you like for as long as you like after checking in, as long as you're back by 8:30pm.
